Sales training

I offer you different types of sales trainings. Before each training or workshop, we will select the content and duration of the event together.

The trainings consist of different modules, which we can weight differently. The integration of customer-specific examples is also desired, possible and useful.

The participants should find themselves in their everyday life and learn in a targeted manner and gain experience.

Typical trainings are:

Value proposition in the sales process (1.5 days)
Sales booster - Increase your order rate (run rate) (1.5- 2 days days)

The workshop will contain many exercises and group work
Number of participants: 6-12 (due to group work)

Typical contents of the trainings (learning nuggets) are following:
We will define and weight together the learning nuggets during our definition phase:

Typical process: Definition call + 1,5 day workshop (approximately 12 hours).

Coaching

I offer different types of coaching.

Before each coaching assignment, we select the content and duration of the coachings together.

We may vary in content here. The main focus will be on communication. A kick off appointment will take about 1.5 hours. Then it usually makes sense to make at least 4-5 follow-up appointments.

It also makes sense to work together in the longer term, with about monthly appointments. We will agree on scope together at the beginning and continuously review and adapt it if necessary.

Typical process: Kick-off call + 4 follow-up appointments (approximately 1.5 hours each). 

Company consulting

I offer you different types of management consulting.

As a first step we will select the content and duration of the consultation together.

We may vary in content here. The main focus will be on communication. A kick off appointment will take about 1.5 hours.

Then it usually makes sense to make some 4-5 follow-up appointments. Here it is highly dependent on the objective of the consultation. Should your team be involved ? Should there be workshops with groups ?

The aim here is to agree on longer-term cooperation.

Typical process: Kick-off call + 4 follow-up appointments (approximately 1.5 hours each). 

Communication

Anything observable behaviour in an interpersonal situation is a communication alnatured. It is impossible NOT to communicate in interpersonal situations.

I have learned several communication models and used them in all my coaching and workshops.  

Here I like to introduce the 3G communication model as my core competence and offer you:

3G Communication Model - Short Description

My offer: package consisting of

20min interview,
Your self-analysis with written evaluation and
30min. follow-up.

Price: 100 EUR (calls optionally online or with you personally, billing of travel time and travel expenses with prior arrangement).

A third-party analysis (your assessment of another person with written evaluation and short meeting) costs 25 EUR. Only as an "add on" to your self-analysis.

We define the prices for team or organizational analyses in conversation, because the effort for each team, for each organization will be very different.
